• Please note that delivery times may vary due to holidays, weather, or courier delays.

Order Tracking

• Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
• You can use this number to track your parcel through Australia Post (or the courier used).

Lost or Damaged Orders

• Glam Vault is not responsible for parcels lost or damaged by the courier.
• If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
